Barry Lynn Shutts, Sr., 56, of Inwood, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at Winchester Medical Center.

Born April 10, 1958 in Martinsburg, he was the son of Neal Shutts and his significant other, Sandy Vance, and the late Gloria Hammersla Sewell.

He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and employed as an electrician for Consolidated Electric Co. of Winchester.

He is survived by his four sons, Barry Shutts, Jr. of Martinsburg, Stewart Gass of Ft. Stewart, Georgia, Tyler Myers of Martinsburg, and William Shutts of Spring Mills; grandson, Anthony; granddaughter, Kaedynce; two sisters, Deborah Kief of Bunker Hill, and Tamara Holbrook of Daytona Beach, Florida; and his significant other, Ruthie Haden of Inwood.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Chester William Shutts and Hilda Shutts.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, November 24, 2014 at Brown Funeral Home's South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood with Rev. James Lloyd officiating.

Family will receive friends one hour prior the service from 12 to 1 p.m.

Interment will be in Green Hill Cemetery in Berryville, Virginia.
