Wilco Franklin  Fultz
Wilco Franklin Fultz, 93 of Martinsburg, WV, passed away on Monday, November 17, 2014 at Heartland of Martinsburg.

Born November 13, 1921 in Hampshire County, WV, he was the son of the late Benjamin and Agnes King Fultz.

He was a member of the Otterbein United Methodist Church.

He was a veteran of the United States Army.

He is survived by his wife, Pearl E. Fultz; two sisters, Helen Alexander of California, H. Pauline Fultz of Romney, WV; and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret V. Grahn; and three brothers, Edward, Lester, and Benjamin Fultz.

Family will receive friends on Friday, November 21, 2014 from 7:00PM to 9:00PM at the Brown Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Mooney officiating.

Military graveside will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
