Condolence From: Dustin Mason
Condolence: I had the pleasure to work with Frank for many years at Jefferson Asphalt. Frank would arrive in a shiny red "just washed" GMC pickup ready to work. Then I would spend many hours behind the 570A Grader checking grade. Frank, I thought very highly of you and thought of you as a friend. You will surely be missed.

Condolence: Frank, you were the dearest man and a dedicated employee of Jefferson Asphalt. You created so many wonderful memories over the years while being a member of the JAPCO family, memories we shall cherish. Besides being with our Lord, you are now with Big Dad, Dave, Pappy Hinton and Tammy sharing stories of jobs now completed.I pray that your family will find comfort in knowing you are no longer in pain and that one day they will see you again. I will miss your smiles and your hugs.
