William H.  Woodfork
William H. Woodfork transitioned into GOD's loving hands on September 19, 2014, at Berkeley Medical Center.

Born to the late William Woodfork and Marie Woodfork.

He was a veteran of the U. S. Army.

Mr. Woodfork retired from the Washington Metropolitan Airport Authority.

He was a church musician for various churches (Virginia, D.C. and West Virginia) for over 40 years. He attended St. Paul's Baptist Church of Kearneysville, pastored by the Rev. Clyde Eggleton.

He leaves his wife of 52 years, Mary A. Woodfork, two sons, Jonathan (Michelle) Woodfork, and Kevin (Teresa) Woodfork, all of Martinsburg; four grandchildren, Jonathan, Jessica, Jeremiah and Joshua; two sisters, Christine Farmer and Cornelia Woodfork, of Washington, D.C.; sister-in-law, Linda Woodfork and brother-in-law, James Winston; two special family members, Frederick Winston and Reggie Monroe; a number of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends of the family.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Marvin Woodfork.

Graveside Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, January 5, 2015 at Arlington National Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home.
