Obituary for Arvel Amon Gwinn

Arvel Amon Gwinn, 92, passed away on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at Winchester Medical Center.
Born September 18, 1921 in Fayette County, WV he was the son of the late Lewis Verneti and Estie Wade Verneti.
He is survived by two sons, Roger and Ricky Gwinn; two daughters, Helen Jean Humphrey and Mary LeMaster; eleven grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Louise Lafferty Gwinn; one son, George A. Gwinn; two brothers, Arthur and Jack; and one sister, Annie.
Family will receive friends on Monday, September 8, 2014 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at 2:30PM at the funeral chapel. Interment will be in Paynes Chapel Cemetery.
