Obituary for Mary Meadows Frye


Mary Meadows Frye, 80, of Martinsburg passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility.
Born June 26, 1934 in Royal Retreat, VA she was the daughter of the late Milbern and Nora Inscore Meadows.
She was a devoted member of Clarksburg Church of God in Maryland where she was a Sunday school teacher for 35 years.
She is survived by three sons, John Meadows, Raymond Frye, Jr., Kenneth Frye; one daughter, Jane George; eleven grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Harold Meadows and wife, Dottie, Paul Meadows; and two sisters, Marie Sexton and Bonnie Meadows.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond E. Frye, Sr.; one son, Walter Frye; and one brother William Meadows.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, August 25, 2014 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the Brown Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, August 26, 2014 in the Chapel at Rest Haven Cemetery in Frederick, MD.
