Ruby Lee  Foltz
Ruby Lee Foltz, 83, of Inwood, passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at Heartland.
Born May 12, 1931 in Martinsburg, WV she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Opal Stotler Slonaker.
She attended Inwood Assembly of God.
She was a graduate of Martinsburg High School Class of 1949 and a member of the Martinsburg High School Alumni Association.
She was also a RN and a Kings Daughters graduate of 1952.Ruby began her employment with the Berkeley County Health Department in 1968 and served as a Public Health Nurse thru 1997 at which time she retired from employment but to remain as an active volunteer. In June 2001 Ruby was appointed to the Official Board of Directors of the Health Department and served honorably until April 2010.
She is survived by one daughter, Brenda R. Potter and husband, Terry; two grandchildren, Timothy Lee and Stacey Lynn Potter.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Ralph Paul Slonaker and Howard W. Slonaker.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, August 24, 2014 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 25, 2014 at 1:00PM at the funeral chapel with Rev. Barbara Spies-Scott officiating. Interment will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers Brenda requests that donations be sent to Heartland of Martinsburg: Activities Committee, 210 Clover Street Martinsburg, WV 25404.

Brenda would also like to thank the loving, caring, and professional staff of Heartland of Martinsburg for the incredible care given to her Mother and the loving support given to the family.
