Obituary for Dolores Jean Myer (Farris)

Dolores Jean Farris Myer, 66, of Martinsburg passed away on Monday, August 18, 2014 at Ruby Memorial Hospital.

Born July 27, 1948 in Great Cacapon, WV she was the daughter of the late Charles Dayton "Pete" and Alice Katherine "Kate" Light Farris.

She is survived by four sons, William Franklin Myer and wife, Wendy, Charles Dayton "Chuck" Myer, Dwayne Eugene Myer and wife, Leslie, and Troy Myer; six grandchildren, Brigette, Devon, Alexander, Rachelle, Carrie, and Kaylee; three sisters, Alice Bohrer, Patsy McManus, and Betty Crosen and husband, Larry; three brothers, Douglas Butts and wife, Joan, Dayton Farris and wife, Brenda, and Joseph Farris and wife, Sherry; and companion, Russell Clingerman.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Ellen Estalene (Sis) Finlan; and six brothers, Lloyd, Hamil, Oren (Beatty), Atley (Genie), Donald (Donnie), and Charles Farris.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, August 21, 2014 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the Brown Funeral Home. Services and interment are private.
