Torrance Eugene  O'Neil
Torrance Eugene O'Neil, 39, went be with the Lord to rest in his care on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at his residence.

Born March 8, 1975 in Carroll County, MD he is the son of Mary Biddinger Ward and the late step-father, Randy Ward, Michael Eugene O'Neil and wife, Cynthia.

He loved to work on cars and was an antique car fan. He enjoyed auto racing and was an all around gear head. He was active in Westview Baptist Church and Difference Makers Church. He was a dedicated family man. He was a beloved father, son, and brother.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by one son, Hunter O'Neil; four brothers, Conor O'Neil, Lester Ward, Randy Ward Jr., and Brady McAllister; two sisters, Holly Ward Conrad and Abigail Lowell; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the Brown Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at 10:00AM at Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Hagerstown, MD.
