Wilbert  Ruffin
Wilbert Ruffin, 63, of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, passed away on Thursday, August 7, 2014, at the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg.

Born August 20, 1950, in Greensboro, North Carolina..

Mr. Ruffin was retired from the U.S. Army. He is a member of AM VET Post 14 in Chambersburg as well as a member of the American Legion in Frederick, Maryland.

He attended Second Christian Church in Hagerstown.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann (Mack) Ruffin; one son, Lorenzo Ruffin; two daughter, Vanessa Ruffin and Danielle Ruffin; two grandchildren, Torrance Tchalou and Kyree Bonitto; two brothers, Fred and Sonny Ruffin and two sisters, Miranda Gray and Romona Ruffin.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Gladys Foster and his grandmother, Ethel Ruffin.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, August 15, 2014, at Otterbein Church, 801 Park Street, Waynesboro, PA, 18268 with Bishop Franklin Gordon officiating. Interment will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a future date.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
