Obituary for Norman Ellis Hall



Norman Ellis Hall, 71, of Brinklow, Maryland, passed away, Thursday August 7, 2014 at the VA Medical Center.
Born October 27, 1942, in Berkeley County, he was the son of the late Guy Norman Hall and Charlotte Viola McMillan Hall Maynard.
He was a veteran of the United States Army having served in Vietnam.
He was a long time resident at Senior Towers in Martinsburg, West Virginia. He grew up in Marlow and graduated from Martinsburg High School.
He had several occupations, the longest of which was for over 30 years with Stanbault and Associates in Baltimore, Maryland.
Norman was a loving son, brother, and uncle. He never met a stranger and was a very welcoming, helpful, and likeable person.
He is survived by a brother, Terry Hall of Brinklow, Maryland; and two nieces that were like daughters to him, Annette Hall of Williamsport, Maryland, and Christine Hall Bartel of Valley Forge, Pennsylvania.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM prior to the service.
Funeral services with Military honors will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 12, at Brown Funeral Home. Interment will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Harmony United Methodist Church P O Box1510 Falling Waters, WV 25419.
