Pascal Charles "Pat"  DiMagno
Pascal "Pat" Charles DiMagno, 76, of Martinsburg passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2014 at the Winchester Medical Center.

Born May 23, 1938 in Hershey, PA he was the son of the late Saverio A. and Anna Casciotti DiMagno.

He was a graduate of Tri State University in Angola, Indiana. He worked for the Illinois Department of Highways in Peoria, Illinois as a civil engineer before coming to Martinsburg in 1964 as the Project Engineer for the construction of Interstate 81. In 1970 he opened his own engineering and surveying firm, P.C. DiMagno, Engineers and Surveyors.

He was a member and past chairman of the Martinsburg Fire Civil Service Commission and the Martinsburg Building Code Appeals Board. He previously served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He was a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, the West Virginia Society of Professional Engineers, Professional Engineers in Private Practice, the West Virginia Association of Land Surveyors and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Margaret "Peggy" Jane Ziegler DiMagno; two sons, Andrew "Andy" P. DiMagno and T. Scott DiMagno and wife, Dara all of Martinsburg; one daughter, Kim Carideo and husband, Steven of Knoxville, TN; six grandchildren, Aryn DiMagno, Nick, Zack, and Jake Carideo, and Dakota and Spencer DiMagno; one brother, Dr. Eugene DiMagno of Rochester, MN; and one sister, Serena DiMagno of Hershey, PA.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Cindy Marie DiMagno.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, July 31, 2014 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the Brown Funeral Home.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 1, 2014 at 11:00AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Eric Hall celebrant. Interment prayers will be said at Rosedale Cemetery.
