Todd Andrew Henry, 43, of Martinsburg, passed away on Monday, April 21, 2014, at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility.

Born December 18, 1970 in Martinsburg, he is the son of Charles Starless Henry and Vickie Lynn (Miller) Henry, of Martinsburg.

He was a graduate of Martinsburg High School, Class of 1988.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two daughters, Chelsea Marie Henry and Taylor Henry, both of Martinsburg; two brothers, Chris Henry, of Martinsburg, and Chuck Henry, of Jacksonville, FL; and one sister, Jennifer Henry, of Marlowe.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Douglas C. and Josephine Henry, and Russell Miller and Louise Horn.

Services and interment will be private.
