Obituary for Gloria Jean "Jeannie" Teter (Cave)

Gloria Jean "Jeannie" Teter, 73, of Martinsburg, passed away Saturday, April 19, 2014, at the Berkeley Medical Center.

Born November 22, 1940 in Martinsburg she was the daughter of the late Lawrence L. Cave and Mildred (Carpenter) Cave.

She attended Burke Street Grade School and Martinsburg High School.

She was a member of Shenandoah Bible Baptist Church and the Independent Bible Church.

Mrs. Teter worked at the Box Factory and Corning Glass.

She raised her children to be loving and caring adults and helped raise her grandchildren the same way.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Adrian Roger Teter; her children, Anthony Kirk Martini and companion, Theresa Brenna, Tina Marie Martini, Nikki Lyn and Scott Moler; her grandchildren, Anthony Kirk Martini; Kristin Theresa Martini, Michael Brenna, Ashley Renee and Jessie Catterton Brook Marie Jenkins, Ashley Nicole and Richard Ashbaugh. and Kelsie Deneen, David A Moler and Derek L. Moler; several great-grandchildren, one sister, Judith Mongan and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She is also survived by her VBFF Ann Stride.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at Brown Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 24th, at the funeral home with Pastor Don Smith officiating. Interment will be held at Rosedale Cemetery.
