Dorothy Marie "Dottie"  Sibert

Dorothy “Dottie” Marie Sibert, 71, of Martinsburg, WV, went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 14, 2014, surrounded by her family at the Berkeley Medical Center.
Born April 23, 1942 in Shepherdstown, WV, she was the daughter of the late Tressel Earl Sibert and Louise Jane (Howell) Sibert
Miss Dottie retired from the Berkeley County Board of Education as a school bus driver with over 33 years of service; employed at Nichols Discount City for 15 years, and later at Wal-Mart for 15 years.
She was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church, the Women of the Moose, and the Retired School Service Personnel.
Dottie was a very loving and caring mother, and will be truly missed by her family and friends. She was forever thinking of everyone else in her life, and was the most caring and compassionate person and gave herself freely.
She is survived by three daughters, Sharon L. Fouch and husband, Randall A., of Martinsburg, and Susan R. Munson and husband, Phillip A., and Shelley M. Nichols- Franklin and husband, Carl W., all of Hedgesville; nine grandchildren, Keisha D. Fritz, Kristy N., Kyle D. A.. and Kelly L. Fouch, Taylor B, Garrett P. and Jordyn L. Munson, and Sabryn M. and Corbin W. Franklin; one great-grandson, Andrew Fouch and two great-grandchildren on the way; one brother, Harold Sibert of Martinsburg; three sisters, Lola M. Boyles of Martinsburg, Shirley V. Dick of Winchester, VA, and Wanda R. Custis of Florida; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. She will be missed by her two dogs, Oreo and Rascal.
She was preceded in death by five brothers, Edward L., Warren T., Harry E., Joseph S., and Charles W. Sibert; and one sister, Mary L. Knipe.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, February 20, 2014, at the Brown Funeral Home with the Rev. Al Clipp and the Rev. Donald Custis officiating. Interment will be in Edge Hill Cemetery in Charles Town.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 19th, at Brown Funeral Home.
